Pulling Blocks: Left-click (or tap on touchscreens) a colored block from the tower. It will fly down into your active collection slot.
Match 3 Mechanics: Once 3 blocks of the same color gather in the tray, they clear out. If your tray gets filled with 7 mismatched blocks, it is Game Over.
