What is the core gameplay of Devil Dash?
The core gameplay is straightforward: Click a yellow door to enter a level, move/jump to dodge procedurally generated deadly traps, and reach the exit to progress. Are the traps in the levels random?
Traps in each level have fixed layouts and trigger timings. Master their positions, collapse timings, and patterns through trial and error—clear levels damage-free. That’s the core fun.
What happens if the character touches a trap?
Once the character hits any trap, you’ll immediately fail. The current level must be restarted from the beginning. However, you won’t be sent back to the previous level, and unlocked content (such as tools or progress) will not be lost.
