How to Win Chicagoland Sprint
Find the Draft Zone
The draft zone sits directly behind any rival car — roughly one to five car lengths back and aligned on the same lateral line. Get into that pocket and the DRAFT meter starts filling automatically. The tighter and closer you hold the line, the faster it charges.
The Slingshot Fires at 100%
You don't pull the trigger on the slingshot — the game does it for you when the meter maxes out. At 100%, a burst of orange speed fires and carries you past the car you were following. Time your entry into the next rival's draft zone immediately after to chain successive slingshotbits and tear through the field.
Don't Leave the Draft Too Early
If you swerve out of the draft pocket before the meter fills, it starts draining. You don't lose all progress instantly — the meter drains slowly — but every move away from the slipstream costs time you don't have on a 60-second clock. Discipline in the draft pays off more than aggressive steering.

The meter drains slowly if you pull out of the draft, so stay patient and tight.

Pass all 6 rival cars before the 60-second timer runs out. The PASSED counter in the top-right tracks your progress. If time expires before you reach P1, the game ends and shows your final position and how many rivals you managed to pass.
